Your data is collected using Gravity Forms. By ticking the box to consent, you agree to for us to store and use your personal information so that we can get back in touch with you if necessary about the particular enquiry. We sometimes use forms to help us collect comments and stories that help us with specific projects which may be used as part of publications, for example: our website, social media, non-commercial printed material. If we need to retain your details for other uses, we will make it clear on the form what we intend the use to be. We will not use your information for any other purpose that you have agreed to on the form, unless we have made specific effort to contact you to agree another use of your information.
