Join Tim Marlow, Artistic Director of London’s Royal Academy of Arts (RA), for our second annual Reynolds Lecture.
Tim oversees six departments from the RA’s exhibition programme to collections, learning, academic programmes, publishing and architecture. Prior to this he was Director of Exhibitions at the White Cube gallery for more than a decade (2003–2014).
Tim sits on the Board of Trustees for the Imperial War Museum, Sadler’s Wells, Artichoke, The British School at Rome and Cultureshock Media. He is also an Advisory Board member for Art on the Underground.
This talk, which is delivered in partnership between The Arts Institute and The Box, will draw on Tim’s experiences of being involved in the contemporary art world for the past 25 years as a curator, writer and award-winning radio and television broadcaster. Having trained as an art historian, he has also worked with many of the most important and influential artists of our time. Come along and discover more.
